This collection of recipes has been gathered from Firehouses around the country. Some of them are straight out of our webisodes, so if you liked what our firefighters made in one of the shows, you can download the recipe here.

A companion cookbook is planned for the near future with recipes from the different firehouses. Proceeds will benefit the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, created by the United States Congress to develop and expand programs to honor our fallen fire heroes and assist their families and coworkers.
