Dewey with Jim and the Buffalo chicken Lasagna

If Dewey Atkocaitis' true calling wasn't to be a firefighter he would have owned a restaurant, because he just loves being in the kitchen.

So what does a confessed lasagna-holic with an innate desire to serve mankind do when he cooks for a crew of firefighters who love Buffalo-style chicken? He creates Buffalo chicken lasagna, of course. And so when Dewey invited us over to see how he makes this one-of-a-kind dish, we jumped at the chance. And the best part is that he has designed it to be made in just about 90 minutes from start to finish.

Well Vance Irick of Miami Beach Station 1 shows Jim how he pan-fries this amazingly delicious catch and Tim talks to the crew about hurricane awareness as a tropical storm blows in and threatens to cut our meal short.
