Shrimp SauteWho would have thought a firehouse cook would create as elaborate and delicious a meal as herb-encrusted grouper with a side of lemon grass and ginger sautée shrimp? Well Vance Irick of Miami Beach Station 1 shows Jim how he pan-fries this amazingly delicious catch and Tim talks to the crew about hurricane awareness as a tropical storm blows in and threatens to cut our meal short.

 

 

 

Vance dishes out fishRoast Garlic mashed potatoes with Jim's own brand of spicy seasoning rounds out this amazing firehouse meal and for dessert, a Florida staple, Key Lime Pie.
